"From the first time I contacted Rebecca I felt that I was in good hands. I live in Ottawa and had to rent out a house I own in Sarnia. Trying to do so remotely was very challenging. Rebecca took charge and arranged for the repairs she felt were necessary, at a very reasonable charge. She also agreed to stop by periodically when the house was vacant, in order to appease the insurance company. She quickly assessed the rental value, which was greater than we originally thought, and was able to find us good tenants very quickly.
