What are the requirements for tenancy with a SBPM unit?

Monthly Income
Monthly combined household income must be no less than 3 times the monthly rent. Sound Financial Planning - We want to see you succeed; the last thing we want is for you to get in over your head - that's why this rule is so important Exceptions: There are NO exceptions to this requirement |
Landlord Reference Check
SBPM will contact your current/previous landlord for a telephone reference check Exceptions: If you currently own or do not have a landlord this will not be required; however, proof of no landlord will be required. |
Credit Check
SBPM will perform a Tenant Screening Tool which gathers data from Equifax to determine a letter rating from A+ to F. Exceptions: This requirement will not necessarily deny your application for tenancy if you or a partner have had credit issues in the past. Full disclosure will however be required. |
